At Thrifty Cavern, we believe every item's story begins with a purchase, and we take pride in getting your treasures on their way quickly and safely. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when we ship.

Processing Time

We pride ourselves on quick shipping and often ship orders the next business day. However, we reserve the right to allow up to 2–3 business days for order processing. We ship on all days that our shipping partners are open.

We may choose not to ship on weekends.
We observe major holidays and may take holidays off.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using USPS and UPS, selecting the most economical shipping method for your order.

Expedited shipping options may be available if selected at checkout.
Carrier choice may vary based on package size, weight, and destination.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery destination.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, we ship within the United States only. We are a new company, and we are still exploring the challenges of international shipping, and we believe one day soon, this will change. Until then, we do invite you to our Ebay store, which does offer International shipping.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking details after label creation.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Thrifty Cavern is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

That said, we’re happy to help:

Assist with filing carrier claims when applicable
Provide documentation needed for follow-up with the shipping provider

We recommend shipping to a secure location and checking tracking information promptly upon delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

Orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly by the buyer are not eligible for refund.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
