Kissing Candice is an American industrial metal and hardcore band based out of Long Island, NY, known for their horror-themed theatrics and intense live shows featuring fog, blood, and custom masks.Formed in 2012 by former Dr. Acula keyboardist Joey Simpson, the band aimed to create a project that fuses metal, electronic, and industrial music into a cinematic, "live horror movie" experience.
Their releases—such as their EPs Murder (2012) and Conjured (2013), and full-length album Blind Until We Burn (2015)—draw heavy inspiration from classic horror films and deal with themes of dark romance, societal distrust, and carving your own destiny.
